Good day all,
I'm in the process of upgrading a client from ARIS 9.7 to ARIS 10.0.8.
The ARIS Server installation is located on a RedHat Linux box. We tried to run the update of the ACC and Agent, as per the instructions in the ARIS Server Update Installation Guide.pdf, but get the following error when running trying to update the ACC:
Any reason why we get this error? And what can be done to fix this?

your attached error image is not displayed. But apparently you assumed a direct update installation from 9.7. to 10.0.8 would do the trick.
Please consult the Aris Data Migration Guide of 10.0.8
Recommended steps are:
1. Update installation from 9.7 to a release >= 9.8.7 (currently 9.8.10?)
2. Backup all tenant data as per Data Migration Guide
2. New installation of 10.0.8.
SAG says it should be on a separate server, but we migrated from 9.8.7 to 10.0.4 with a side by side installation on the same server (Windows). This possible as long as only one Aris Agent service is running.
3. Restore all tenant data as per Data Migration Guide
