Good day all,
We are in the process of configuring ARIS Connect 10.0.11.
While testing we assigned a Task to a user. The user has an assigned ARIS Viewer licence and activated Collaboration licence. When the user logs in, the Tick box on the top of the page shows that there is a task waiting. BUT, neither the My Tasks icon on the dashboard, or the Tasks link on the top actually opens the task or even another page.
The task assigned was received via the e-mail link, and that link opens the ARIS Process Board successfully.
