We are coming to the situation when creation and management of the ARIS users becomes a challege. Currently we do it manually and creation of the user is a process with various checks.
I am not talking about LDAP support in ARIS - there is no need for that. We need to organise user management (add, delete, change access rights, link with HR and etc) using tools like ServiceDesk.
We are talking about environment of tens of thousands of users where manual approach is not an option.
It is clear from the governance point of view iwho, when and how should create ARIS user account, conditions and constrains, and now we need to scale and automate this task before outsourcing it to IT.
Question to the community - does anybody have this task automated how do you organise the workflow and compliance management?
