I am testing Aris Mashzone for a day now and I find it a very interesting tool, it fits a lot of the needs for data presentation and sharing. I was able to create a very nice and clear report in minutes (once I had my two hours of playing with the options)
I understand the limitation for this free preview/beta on not being able to publish the mashapps BUT...
The limitation on rows (1000) and columns (32) to process I don't understand!
For my point of view it clearly limits the ability to gauge the full potential of the tool. Just testing it with a simple expenses controlling excel spreadsheet and I hit both limitations.
Could somebody explain me the rationale behind this decision?
Best regards,
David.
Hi David,
thanks for your interest in MashZone and your positive feedback. First of all, please note that the row-limit is increased in the Professional Edition.
If your spreadsheet still exceeds the limits your may partition the data you read with MashZone. As each MashApp is capable to present data from various feeds its not nessescary to put everything in just one data feed.

Stephan
