Hello,

I have created models in ARIS Architect & Designer 9.8, when exporting these models in XML, i found the exported XML  files are not readable (kind of encrypted), i did a few search, it seems related to permission, but did not find any specific instructions.

could anyone point me to the information that i can solve this？

BTW, we are using the System account to create and export the models.
