why i request the license keys of ARIS Business Architect/SOA Architect/IT Architect but send me the license keys of ARIS Education Package - Process Intelligence and Performance Management?

Thanks for the report. We could reproduce the issue here and tracked it down already. It should be fixed by now. Please try to request the desired product again. You should receive the appropriate license key now. Cheers Moritz -
Hi, I have installed ARIS 7.2 and tring to access ARIS Business Architect, However it is asking for Hardware Key. Could you please let us know how to get access to Hardware Key.
