Hi everyone,
I recently joined the the bpm team. They are using ARIS to map processes, we have old processes which were modelled in Visio. How do i import Visio models into ARIS?

Hi Lisa,
you may open the Help > Help Topics in your ARIS and type "visio" as a search criteria under Find tab. Then you will get the results describing how to import visio files, how to configure visio mapping (as in most cases the mapping between the shapes in use in visio files and the objects & symbols in ARIS are not entirely configured) etc.
