Hi,
We've installed (as administrator) the Mashzone 2 on the server.When starting as application it works with no errors - but the link is wrong, i need to change it manually each time, where can i change it permenantly?
When we try to start the service, we get an error message:

We tried turning off the firewall and the Antivirus but nothing helps.
What should we do in order to get the service to work?

Hi Yaara,
what do you mean with a wrong link after starting MashZone as an application (showing a command promt)? Do you refer to the My_MashZone.html file which resides in your installation folder?
That is generated during setup procedure, you could change it to insert a link which fits your needs. However this suggests that you changed MashZone settings on your own (not using the setup).
Regarding the error if you run MashZone as a service: Could check the logs that reside at system/tomcat/logs within your MashZone installation, please?

The problem was a 32-bit installation on a 64-bit server.
