Text Alignment in ARIS Aware!!!!!

Dear community,

Please advice how I can align the text to be from right to left in Grid columns or at least to position the text in the middle of the column. I have been struggling with this issue from a long time. Any solution?

Here is ARIS version installed in our environment:
