Looking help or suggestion, facing error while connecting from Laptop .
Recently upgraded to windows 10 later on getting error, can anyone help how to solve
: C:\WINDOWS\system32\MSVCP100.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error

That DLL is most likely part of the "Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86)". That runtime component is needed by the installed ARIS Client. Did you run the ARIS Client setup after upgrading to Windows 10?

I think you'd better open a support ticket to identify other possible causes for that issue. In the forums we can't resolve a technical issue.
