Software AG Corporate University promotes management and operational excellence in the Software AG workforce through continuous learning programs. The IT Training Team within Corporate University develops and maintains training and certification programs for technical audiences internally and externally.
The role of the "ARIS Trainer/Course Developer and Portfolio Manager" is to actively manage the ARIS training portfolio within the Corporate University offering.
Your prospects
- Work with Product Management and Development to ensure appropriate training plans are set up for all relevant technical audiences and product releases
- Propose suitable trainings (e-Learning and classroom courses) and extend the ARIS training portfolio
Appropriate measures for the creation and ongoing maintenance of trainings:
- Develop course ware (slides, exercises, technical environments) and perform updates
- Develop and maintain ARIS certifications
- Identifiy other individuals for the creation and maintenance of course ware and certifications
- Monitor training development projects
- Create and maintain technical environments for practical exercises, e.g. in form of Virtual Machines
- Teach courses for internal and external audiences worldwide
- Propose appropriate trainings to internal and external audiences on request
- Interact with other Corporate University team members for the creation and roll-out of trainings
- Promote the role and benefit of Corporate University within the company
Your profile
- Academic degree in Computer Science or a related field, e.g. Mathematics, Physics
- Some years of professional experience as a trainer and course developer in the IT area
- Excellent background in ARIS
- Familiarity with ARIS training and certification portfolio
- Proven experience in teaching IT training courses and course development
- Fluent in English and German
- Good presentation and teaching skills
- Experience in working with international teams and audiences
- Readiness for international travel
