Hi, I am hoping you can help us... We currently have ARIS Education Package for Faculties | Multi-user private cloud with ARIS Connect Version SR9, which is outdated and our licenses does not expire until Oct. 17. We have a need to update it to the latest version (SR22) to fix a JQuery XSS (JQuery cross-site scripting) security vulnerability. How can I obtain the new version?

to update to the latest version SR22, please follow this guide here: ARIS Help (softwareag.com) but in short: you have to first update to version SR21 first and then you can update to version SR22. Please make sure to also back up your data before starting the update process. You can download the latest versions at the Software AG - Download Center - Product Page (You need to have an account there to access it). Your license keys should still work with the newer version, but if they don't, please let us know.

Thank you Hoang, Unfortunately, as an University Partner, we do not have a customer number to download the new version. I am trying to find out how University partners can get access to the newer version. Any help with this is most appreciated. Thank you for being so helpful.
