Download Keywords from Solution Manager

Hi everybody,

I maintained some keywords in SolMan and synchronized them with ARIS BA.I wanted to mark new created processes with a keyword to identify the release the process/process step was added.

so i made

Release 1

Release 2

Release 3

Updated

Is it possible to create a list in the keywords attribut with a checkbox for every keyword, so that the modeller can choose one or more keywords and then synch it back to SolMan.

The goal is not to maintain the keywords for the processes/process steps in SolMan,but in ARIS.

Maybe someone knows a trick.

Hi Michi,

you can maintain the keywords which are assigned to your project over the keywords attribute in a semicolon-separated list. An these keywords can synchronize to SolMan.

At this point a selection dialog of the assigned keywords would be better - but we thought already

about such a feature.

But if you want to assign keywords to your project than you have to do this in SolMan, but I think the assignment of keywords to the project is not to often necessary, or is it.

Yes that's right, the assignment would still take place in SolMan.We would just need the possibility to choose from the keywords we downloaded to ARIS BA.
