Я не могу войти в ARIS Express Client. При первом входе идет бесконечная проверка имени пользователя и пароля. Логи прикладываю
Подскажите пожалуйста в чем может быть проблема?

Due to current export regulations regarding software, it is currently not allowed to download ARIS Express from a Russian IP.

Could you please clarify whether this restriction also applies to Ukrainian IP addresses? I am experiencing the same issue described above when trying to log into ARIS Express Client.
