Dear Software AG colleagues,
All corporate customers in Ukraine face constant restrictions to access Software AG resources, first of all, the Download center:
We even have to use a VPN to access (!) the Partner portal. So this is question #1—when will these restrictions be lifted?
But there is a more important question. The ARIS interface still does not have Ukrainian. It is very bad for business. Most of the big Ukrainian clients are government institutions; the Ukrainian interface is mandatory for them. Simultaneously, there is russian for Architect/Designer interface, russian for method, and russian for ARIS Connect interface. When ARIS is completely banned in russia, and at the same time Ukraine is an associated member of the EU, which is under brutal aggression from russia, ARIS does not contain a Ukrainian interface, but russian does.
We have been telling different SAG representatives about the language issue for many years. We have told them we could help with translation into Ukrainian for free. Unfortunately, we have not received an answer.
Now, we have got a letter from the customer, one of the biggest banks in Eastern Europe, addressed to SAG's CEO regarding the same issue (the letter is attached with the customer's permission to publicize it). Unfortunately, they have not received an answer either.
We just hope that this question will move from the dead point.
