I have a dataset which has details of different teams.
I want to calculate the Agents(FTE) used by each team based on below calculation.
Agent used = total cases duration/8 hours.
How can i create this measure on Aris Analysis table?
The problem that I am facing is: I am not able to pull the total case duration of a cohort(like for a specific team).
I have attached the screenshot of the sample data. I want to build a measure on aris to get the values highlighted in Yellow.
