I have been trying to add more symbols to ARIS Business Architect 7.1 using the Convientions template configuration in the administration wizard. The problem the symbols did show up when open a new model file. I have restarted ARIS but still not showing.

Anas, there are limitations in what you can configure for BPMN models (that are also different for the 1.x and 2.0 models). Currently it is also not possible to add more objects to a model - only attributes. If you want to show objects that are not part of the spec, you will have to add them to FADs that are assigned to the tasks.

Hi Anas,
please be aware, that the symbol must also be allowed by the filter, if you are not using entire method.
If if are using entire method or the new symbol is allowed in your filter, you can add the symbol via the ">>" button above the symbol list, if it is not already shown.
