Can anybody tell me How to get report in SAP Solution Manager that gives me the SAP IDs of each element of the structure in SOLAR01 project.

You can use functional module SASAP_HIERARCHY_READ.
Import:
STRUCTURE_ID
INCLUDE_SUBSTRUCTURES X
Export:
REFTREE_ID
