ARIS Modeling Area

you can't.

Actually, you got quite some square-meters space for modeling, and if models get to big, they will be harder to handle (considering performance and memory usage).

Do you use assignments to structure your data?

HI Frank,

    Can you please throw some light onto it. I am using ARIS 10 and I am not able to increase the modelling area, eventhough I have around 150 tasks in my BPMN collaboration diagram. For sure i haven't consumed that much square meters of space.

well, as I wrote the maximum modeling space is fix.

150 tasks is a rather smaller model. Consider to use sub processes and assignments to structure the processes.
