When you enter the username and password, it loads and does not go to the next screen.

Hi,
- you are using you email address as logging name? Is this the same that you use for logging into the ARIS community?
- What do you mean, it does not go to the next screen? Do you get any error message?
- Check the log files in:
%userprofile%\ARISExpress\log
(you can paste this into the windows explorer)
Attach the log file here, I will have a look on this.
