I can't log in to ARIS express

Hi,

1. you are using you email address as logging name? Is this the same that you use for logging into the ARIS community?
2. What do you mean, it does not go to the next screen? Do you get any error message?
3. Check the log files in:
   %userprofile%\ARISExpress\log
   (you can paste this into the windows explorer)
   Attach the log file here, I will have a look on this.
