Hi David,
here you can find the release statement for ARIS Express 2.4. The statement lists what has been changed in ARIS Express 2.4 compared to the previous version.

ARIS express 3.2. as far as I know, does not exists ... the last version is (still) ARIS express 2.4. it looks / was possibly a missunderstanding that somebody wanted to put AE 2.3 and made and error and there is AE 3.2 ...
