RACI Factsheet improvement - bolded selection

I think you have a valid point- the representation, as we discussed a while ago, is very hard to read (Changing RACI view in Published content | ARIS BPM Community (ariscommunity.com)).

However, I disagree with your idea: circling the letters doesn't make it easier to understand and to read. I personally would vote for a more simplistic representation and only show the letters that are relevant. In an ideal world, this can be customized easily without touching the XML.

In fact, you can even implement your proposed change today yourself: you just need to adapt the respective XML.
