Hi,
Logged into the ARIS cloud server and hit download client. Clicked ARIS Architect/Designer Start button and it downloaded a ARIS_snopud.ariscloud.com_default jar file. Clicked on the jar file and a Launcher window opens along with a proxy authentication error "You are attempting to create an SSL connection. Either certificate is entrusted or it has not yet been imported into Java Runtime Environment in use". Please help.

Hi,
this is simple: you do not have a JRE with the certificate.
What does this mean?
First, you JRE installed if almost 4 years old. I strongly recommend to get an update. If you are not able to do this on your own, contact your IT. Your version is 1.8 update 25, current version is 1.8 update 191. See?
This old JRE does not contain a certificate store that includes the certificate for the ARIS cloud.
