Hi All
I have been looking for a solution with our ARIS business publisher, and could not find anything with the search function.
We are unable to use the back button or the drop down box at the top of the page, regardless of what page you have open, using the navigation tools always brings you back to the highest level value chain model.
So currently we are using the "Superior Model" button next to the zoom drop down to navigate.
Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks for your reply. The name of the HTML layout folder is 'defaultLayout'. (There is only 1 folder)
However, i believe this has been customised a bit, as the business publisher view does not look like the standard ARIS layout and has our company's branding across it.

Hi Edwin,
I have faced the silimar issue before, and fixed by removing the spaces in the folder name. In your case it should work as you have given name like "defaultLayout" (no space in between default and Layout).
Please check in your server, how you have given name for the layout? If any spaces are there just remove it and try. Not sure will it work or not, However it works for me before.
