Hi
Our organisation is currently running ARIS Cloud Enterprise. In the ARIS connect portal, we are unable to use the 'Share Model", "Submit change request", and "propose document" buttons in the diagram view. A pop up of "Unable to start the executable process." pops up.
Is there an option somewhere to turn this on? or is this a bug?
Any help would be appreciated.

This effect has to be examined in detail.
Please contact the Software AG support team via Empower to start the analysis. I assume a look at the server log files is necessary. You could check the browser you use. Did you try another browser? Do you get the same effect with another browser?

Thanks Christoph. I have tried this with both chrome and internet explorer with the same outcome. I will log a support incident for this.

We just upgraded Aris in our company, we have Aris Connect know and have the same problem.
