I've updated my express from 2.4c to 2.4d last week. After the upgrade I am not longer able to export my models to pdf. I push the button and the export starts. When the dilogue disappears the PDF isn't located at the directory and nowhere else.
I uninstalled aris express and installed it new. PDF export wont work. After upgraded to new Java 8 Version, PDF export wont work.
So i installed the old 2.4c but nothing changed. PDF export dialogue where shown but no PDF will be created in the destination directory.
I tried to save it as an existing PDF file but this also doesn't work.
I don't know what to do now. I hope you can help me. Print as PDF isn't that good as export as PDF file.

I've made it. I had a look at my computer at home running aris 2.4d with the same OS like my work PC.
Here I can save and Print and export, all going well.
Today I've got the failure. It's a problem with Windows defender. Defender and Ransomware protection for special folders causing problems here. The default location C:\Users\username\Documents\ARIS Express is a location for protected folders of the defender.
So I simply changed my location for saving files and now it works. I saved a file under a new direction at a Network storage. It works now for saving files and PDF export =)
So it was my fault, the program does well :D
