I'm facing an error while trying to connect ARIS 9.6 to a SAP Solution Manager environment.
Has anyone ever stumbled upon this?
Function '/IDS/SOLAR_PROJECTS_GET' not found on SAP-Server
I have already checked and the function is there. Active.
Does anyone have any clue about what might solve this?

Hi, just to get some clarification, did you confirm all services are running using ARIS Cloud Controller?
Can you confirm that the services are running on the SAP system?
Can you confirm all ports are working as expected? Both on the ARIS machine AND SAP machine?
Can you confirm all routings (DNS, TCP) are functioning correctly?
Furthermore, the dialog screen mentions '/IDS/SOLAR_PROJECTS_GET' which indicates that something on the SAP side is missing?
Unfortunately, I haven't yet created any link between SAP and 9.x, so I'm somewhat tapping in the dark, but most issues I've encountered were normally network related.
Did you implement all transport requests on SAP Solution Manager? There is one for Solution Manager, one for the Customizing, one for the Online Guide and one for BI. (the last two are only necessary if you want to build up an online guide or connect to a BI system!).

Thanks for the comebacks and sorry for taking so long to do the same.
After some digging, me and my basis consultant discovered that it was a transport request related issue. We re-implemented it and were good to go.
