For one of my mini projects I would like to integrate a decision table in a BPMN-process. I now that I can make a task a Business Rule Task, but I don't know how to link it to DMN Table
Is there an example, that one can look at? (I have seen it in other tools, but would like to do it in ARIS)

following the official standard by the OMG, not the decision table but the the DRD (decision requirements diagram) is assigned to the business rule task. Within that, the decision is refined by a decision table. Please find an example in the attached PDF.

It took me some time untill I got to to study your diagram, but at the end I got it and produced something similar in my environment. In my humble opinion the way via the DMN Decision requiremets diagram rather adds complexity without giving more flexibility, even if it corresponds to OMG standard. But I it serves what I wanted to achieve.
