I was working on ARIS 9 when the server went down showing a localhost default. That is we can’t access the web URL although ARIS service is running. ON examination of Windows Event viewer logs I found that the httpd.exe(web container ) within ARIS setup is throwing faults. I have captured all log files and the windows event screenshots.if you have any pointers on this let me know. I reinstalled ARIS 9 completely and the installation goes off without a hitch but I cannot access the web URL and the localhost:port does not show up in the list of active ports. I have tried installing using ports 8080 and 8081 instead of default but doesnt show up on netstat
Environment- ARIS 9.6 Connect Server Windows Server2012 R2 on default PostGres DB.Attached are the logs and the Windows Event viewer screenshots.Any help is appreciated
