I had ARIS installed and was running it successfully. Due to job requirements I hadn't used it in a while, but now need to get back in.
I'm getting a pop-up indicating that the tool is trying to go on-line, which I wasn't before. When I click OK on that, I get a pop-up showing that the tool is being downloaded. Then I get a pop-up indicating that the load has failed.
I have tried reinstalling, but am not getting the screens to install in the PROGRAMS listing or on the desktop.
I am running a more current version of JAVA than is indicated as minimum.
Any suggestions?

Hello,
There is a bug in the new Java version 7, which prevents ARIS Express to start.
Could you please check, whether you're machine made an update of the JRE?

If you installed the new version, maybe per automatical update, you need to go back to an older version of Java.
Sorry for any inconveniences. I hope, the new JRE version, where the bug have been fixed, will be released soon.
Bye,
Frank
