Using ARIS and BPM in Higher Education

Hi,

I am about to start using ARIS in a higher education environment, so support process mapping.

I would be interested in the experiences of anyone who has employed ARIS in this environment, particularly in how you have defined the high level enterprise view and core processes.

You might interested in the following press release from Widener University in the US. They do a remote BPM project together with university of Saarland, Germany (Prof. Peter Loos). And of course they are using ARIS :-)
