I have several links (to process models) in an Excel extract created by a report .
My vision is to show all processes and can click on them and directly jump to the process in ARIS.

Hi Veronika,
meanwhile found the solution. You'll have to have the fill qualified link.
Then yopu have to customize in yor dashboard, that you want to have an action, when clicking on the entry.
In the action customization you have to refer to the column (user CTRL+SPACE) which is storing the URL and "TADA" it works.

Hi Ingo,
Yes, you are right - for me it didn't work because I used the concatenate function to "build" the link in a query.
In order to make the link work in a grid, I needed to add the concatenated results as hidden column and then I proceeded as you described it.
