...are described in detail in August-Wilhelm Scheer’s recently published 3rd chapter of his new eBook "The Games Managers Play". Did you know that Scheer is not only a Jazz addict but also a soccer fan? The latter explains why he chose to compare the right moves for managers with those used on the soccer field. If you want to learn more about management being a game for team players only or how to handle bribes and fraud it is time to move to www.spiele-der-manager.de.
...and if you missed the beginning of the whole story about Scheer's new eBook let me invite you to my initial blog post about the book.

Hi Irmheld, If you are interested in sports metaphors for business, there is a classic book called "Game Plans: Sports Strategies for Business" by Robert Keidel, which compares different kinds of sports teams (being American, he doesn't use soccer I'm afraid, he uses basketball, American football and baseball) to different kinds of organizational teams. He's developed a music metaphor as well, so it would be fun to connect these two.
Here is the link to his book in Google books. Enjoyed your post!
