ARIS Site Administrator 7.1 APPCRASH

Hi!

I've a situation:

Virtual machine with WindowsServer2008R2 Sp1 64-bits, 8GB RAM.

Aris Business Server is working, but if I try to execute Site Administrator - after splash screen it allways crashes with c0000005 code (ntdll.dll).

Installation version 7.1 build 50* (sept. 2010).

pls help - how to diagnose what is going on?

Hi Jacek,

please confirm that there is a launcher.cfg file in ur installation

....\ARIS7.1\JavaClient\config\launcher.cfg

I've upgraded ARIS BServer to the nevest version and now all is ok.
