I want to create a dashboard that will provide business process owners with a view of the most viewed processes, and by whom to allow them to circulate usage of the processes created for the business.
Is there any standard report I could use or any suggestions on the best method?

you would need a website analyzer output to feed a dashboard. This is not done by a simple standard report, but with a package of Aware dashboard, extra Aris runnables to relay to the external service Matomo and configuration of report parameters to collect the dashboard feeds.

This setup would collect page accesses via Connect, but not by download clients.
A more robust DIY solution is how to get an audit trail or model page usage statistics
