After building models in ARIS Advanced the detail within the database is showing as "untitled". Losing all the details. We have previously experienced this and took a backup of the database and renamed it. This resolved the problem. However, it has happened again. Has anyone else had this experience? Thanks

did you switch the language? Maybe from English (US) to English (UK) or vice versa? ARIS is multi-lingual and most text attributes (including name attribute) can be maintained in multiple languages. One language is the "Alternative language" which will be displayed, if the attribute is not maintained in the currently selected language. If both languages are not maintained (or you are viewing the alternative language, which is not maintained) the object name will show as "(Untitled)". So check, which language you entered your data in and switch to that language.
