Since the installation of this version (9.8.4) we have experienced very, very slow response times when any user wants to see the occurrence of an object. This is regardless of how the user views the occurrence list. Our DBA has suggested that we build additional indexes on the Database, but this dit not help.
Has any one had a similar problem and found a solution to it?

Did you try running this command in your browser:
http://<ARIS Server>/abs/healthchecks.jsp , replacing the "<ARIS Server>" with the name of your ARIS server.
It will create an analysis of the performance of your ARIS environment and possibly pinpoint your problem area(s).
