What API or code fragment will translate the Type Number (integer value) or GUID into the character string that is the name for a symbol? I'd like to determine the symbol name for both user-defined as well as native symbols that come with ARIS.

I have the same problem as you. Have you got ana answer? In the ARIS Script is a method ArisMetaModel - > SymbolName(int SymbolNum), but I don't know how to use it :/

I found the second way to get object symbol name:

Forgot to write in the original posting that you can assume I have ObjDef object when I want to determine the Symbol name for that object.
