How to create SIPOC diagrams from Excel?

Hi,

we have all our SIPOC "diagrams" in Excel. How can I import the excel files in order to create a SIPOC diagram (ARIS 7.1)?

Hi Klaus,

ARIS has the possibility to create SIPOC diagrams (see also my article ARIS loves Six Sigma). How does your SIPOC "diagrams"in Excel looks like? Have you an example? Normally you have the possibility to import the data of you excel sheet into Aris with a report or macro.

Hi Eva,

The Excel sheets looks very similar to your SIPOC. See erxample

Supplier	Input	Process	Output	Customer
PM,RM,Manager	Document 1	Process A	List 1	RM, Customer
		Process A	List 3	RM
Customer	document 2	Process B	List 2	PM

I would like to know a way to import this "diagram" directly into an ARIS SIPOC diagarm.

I am also interested in reports related to SIPOC for ARIS processes. When I did a search, I found a report called "FEMA". Does that report exist? See below.
