Hi,
we have created multiple templates for our models. But for some reason the connector is always a dotted line instead of a solid between an event and an activity or any other symbol. I have tried so many things, but can't get it changed to a solid connector. Any ideas how to update the templates so that there is always a solid connection between the symbols?

Your connection is of 'activates' type, but there many 'activates' so you need with code 43, this activates is for EPC model.
Thanks for your response. But the template is applied to the model and all new models. If I change the template to default than the connectors change to a solid line and when I change it back to my template the lines stay solid.

Hi,
It looks like you created the model with 'No template'. Check if you have applied the Template in options and model, as at Screenshot.
