Mark your diary: on 19 November 2026, ARIS user groups and Community members from across the globe come together for the annual ARIS Super Group Meeting. With both in-person and remote options available, we’d love to see you join!

At a glance

  • What: ARIS Super Group Meeting 2026
  • When: Thursday 19th November 2026
  • Where: Locations across Europe and online

With presentations from customers, partners and the ARIS team, this will be a knowledge-packed event with one core theme: AI, and what it really takes to get it from pilot to production.

Why AI?

Moving AI from experiment to enterprise scale is the challenge architecture and process teams are facing right now. Agents are already showing up inside the tools organisations run today, whether there is an underlying strategy for effective deployment or not.

And that's the problem: McKinsey finds nearly two-thirds of enterprises have experimented with AI agents, but fewer than 10% have scaled them into real value.

Closing that gap is where architecture, process and governance play a key role, and it's exactly what this year’s Super Group Meeting is focussed on.

What you will take away

  • Get your hands dirty: Join a working MasterClass on the AI Companion.
  • Hear directly from other ARIS users: What agentic AI projects have they shipped, what broke along the way, and what would they change if they started again.
  • See what’s coming next: Get roadmap and release news on AI, agentic AI and the AI Companion, plus what's next for the Community and events calendar.

Networking

The best insight of the day often comes from the person next to you at lunch solving the exact same problem you are. Look forward to networking opportunities during breaks, over lunch and drinks after the event.

How can I join?

Join at the in-person venue nearest you or attend remotely and follow the full programme online. We’ll let you know as soon as venue details and the full agenda become available and registration opens.

In the meantime, please hold Thursday 19 November 2026 in your diary. We can’t wait to see you!
