Hi,

Is there a way to configure the 'Creator' (AT_CREATOR) & 'Last User' (AT_LUSER) attributes in ARIS so they pull back the user's email address instead of their username?

Thanks,

Leanne

Dear Leanne,

I haven't heard about such an option, but I could imagine that you replace both attribute values maybe by using a macro when a model is being saved, or when you run quality checks or daily clean-up routines running via scheduled report.

Recently I was using a report script which sets the attributes Creator and Last user with a given value to replace real user names with demo data. Although, that both values can't be edited by a user, the ARIS Report API can access those values.

And on ARIS Cloud both attributes are showing always email addresses because on SaaS the email address of a user is the actual user name.

Cheers
Runé
