Im using Aris IT Architecture to capture the portofolio applications in the company. We use some excel files to import in mass all the applications but today we need to create all application folders one by one.
Im not a developper and i would like to know if someone any time develop a code that do this or have any sugestion how to develop this and how many time could take.

Sounds like you are looking for a custom ARIS Report. It should be fairly easy to develop. You basically just need to iterate over your Excel file and create an ARIS group plus objects (and maybe a model) for each row.
I wild guess from my side would be that this takes not more than 2 days to develop in case the requirements are clear and you have access to an experienced ARIS script developer.
