As a completely new ARIS user, it's wonderful to be able to experience ARIS easily using a JNLP Java Web Start.

The out of the box experience is exceptional, and it generates a lot of excitement to be able to get the ARIS experience simply by download.
As far as the launch package, I would recommend a lot more practical examples to play with as well as some tutorial content, and some things to play with.
The tutorial should emphasize the power of the ARIS environment, and should start from an empty screen and build towards some of the more exciting and powerful features of the product for the target user, who presumably doesnt know much about ARIS and wants to get started quickly modelling processes.
Lots of generic process frameworks can also help people get started on a given process...
