Hello ARIS Community!
We are starting a new blog about how to get the most out of your data in ARIS from the work you have already done.
This blog is based on our work with clients and aims to show you how to leverage ARIS Dashboards in a powerful way
Look at a typical data ecosystem. At the centre of the diagram, you see ARIS and all the content you have already captured, including data, business processes, attributes, connections, assignment models, customer experience, architecture, and risk management. This content is already part of your ARIS repository.
In addition to that, consider how your customers perceive your processes via metrics like the Net Promoter Score which helps you understand the quality of your processes. The data universe that surrounds the ARIS platform creates a home for process-driven insights.
These insights drive operational excellence and bring about positive changes in your processes.
We want you to be able to get the most out of all this data using ARIS dashboards in the ARIS Portal.
We will guide you through the existing use cases built on our expertise from the last 30 years and help you to tailor them to your needs, to accelerate your dashboarding efforts.
These dashboards are tailored to your needs, context-sensitive, and provide all the information you need at the right place and time.
We will guide you through the decisions of developing your own use case.
We would like to encourage you to think about your own unique use cases for ARIS dashboarding. We will guide you through the decision-making process to develop these use cases. Additionally, we invite you to discuss your use cases within the ARIS community, where we can collaborate and share insights together.
Next topics:
- Standard use cases and how to adjust them to your needs
- Guidelines on how to build your very own dashboard use cases from your business questions, including hints on data visualization techniques and guidelines how to design and optimize data feeds
- Blogs regarding your shared customer use cases
Here is the deal: You provide the question and sufficient detail, so that we can provide meaningful advice. In exchange we will provide the desired information via a blog post.
Stay tuned for our bi-monthly blogs, where we will continue to share tips, tricks, and best practices.
See you soon, and happy dashboarding
