I keep getting a connection timed out error message when I try to connect to an ARIS database on SQL server. I am not why I am getting this error. I have no problem connecting to this db using MS SQL Server Studio. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Omar,
Try increasing the timeout value in Lockservice.cfg. It is in milliseconds.
