I have followed the instructions and reinstalled Aris, but I'm still not getting through. Now, instead of an error, it just shows a processing circle but the app is not registering. Is there anything else you can suggest? I am attaching the log files here. Thanks.
I just got logged in OK by replacing the cacerts file in C:\Program Files\ARIS Express\client\jre\lib\security with a newer one from our TeamCenter install. The log file indicates certificate issues. Wireshark also threw up traffic rejected due to invalid certificate.
As the installed file is from 2023 I suspect a cert has expired in there. I'm no expert though, but this got us past the same error. You likely also need to update the cacerts with a more recent one. I'm no Java expert either, so I'm not going to be much help there I'm afraid. YMMV.

I think it is easier as discussed here. You need an Internet connection only the first time you execute Aris Express for verification and authorization of the installation. For this deactivate your VPN connection temporarily and use an unsecure Internet connection.
