Dear aris community,
to test the use of ARIS for my school, i ordered aris basic over the "aris for school" program.
I "purchased" the license and received an e-mail to confirm that.
Afterwards, i received an email from "usermanagement@ariscloud.com" to initiate the password for my account. Sadly, the email does not contain a button or link to do so.
Thus, i entered the ariscloud website directly and clicked "Forgot password" to try it again. I received an email to reset the password. Sadly, the email does not contain a button or link to do so as well.
This seems like a technical issue.
I forwarded the email to my personal email-account to check if the problem is based on the mail-client from my school. Sadly, this did not help.
I also tried to view the email in html and look for a link in the html file to reset the password. I found an entry and tried to extract the url from the html to the browser but the link did not work....
Is this a known issue or does anyone know how to handle this?
