LOCAL Server cannot be reached

Hi Community,

I've just installed ARIS 9.8 and wanted to use the local server. I logged into the server but got a popup, telling me the LOCAL server cannot be reached. I've checked the radio button for the local server during the installation. The connection the the central server is working just not the local one. Also during the installation three times a popup message occured stating that 3 .txt files were not found. What could be the problem?

After the installation you could also to start the Local Server manually, please check out this post and I hope will help in case:

Hello André,

I tried your suggestion but got the following error. Do you have an idea, what could have gone wrong? As stated before, I had some trouble installing ARIS, maybe that is the cause. But unfortunatly the error that 3 files were not installed occures every time I install ARIS.
