I have recently been tasked to assist my organization with ARIS. The first task was to resolve the connection issue. My investigation led me to believe the certificate was the main problem. Even when I download the client it failed to install because the Aris server certificate expired in year 2021 was issued by Internet Widgits Pty Ltd. I have gone through documentation no where certificate re-issue is mentioned or how to do away with expired or even where can I find the configuration files.
Your expertise will be highly appreciated in this regard.
